Immediate Start Teaching Assistant

What you’ll be doing
You’ll work with pupils in lessons, help them stay on task and support teachers with classroom routines. Every day looks a little different, and you’ll quickly become an important part of the school community.
Your responsibilities
1. Supporting pupils with classwork and group activities
2. Encouraging positive behaviour and participation
3. Helping with classroom setup and simple admin tasks
4. Providing reassurance to pupils who need extra guidance
5. Working alongside teachers and support teams
What you’ll bring
6. Experience with young people, either in school or elsewhere
7. A friendly, patient approach
8. Good communication and teamwork
9. An enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
