The Role of a Trustee As a Trustee, You Will Provide strategic leadership and hold the Trust to account for delivering on our 2030 vision. Champion our commitment to high trust, high accountability, ensuring decisions empower local leaders while maintaining rigorous standards. Oversee performance, safeguarding, and financial sustainability. Advocate for our philosophy of Belonging and Becoming, ensuring every academy is both a steward of its community and a gateway to the wider world.
