PCM is the home of project managers working on changes to our fantastic products. This could be changes to the formula, packaging, creating promotional artwork, delisting products or launching brand news ones.
How you will enjoy this job if you:
like leading project teams to solutions and managing ambiguity in a fast pace changing environment.
You will spend your time:
leading complex projects autonomously, managing communication to senior stakeholders and using our Global Project Management Tool (Accolade).
We expect you to be able to:
demonstrate leadership behaviors and build widespread trust across the PCM community & with stakeholders.
What you will bring:
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
1. Proven experience in project management methodology
2. Excellent communication skills and able to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee members
3. Excellent project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations and managing strict timelines
4. Strong focus on cost, schedule and quality of project delivery
5. Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions
6. Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making
7. Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners
8. Strong conceptual and analytic skills – enjoys problem solving
