Job Description
Are you enthusiastic about supporting the mental health and well-being of children and young people?
Do you have experience supporting individuals who may find it difficult to build social and emotional relationships?

We are currently seeking practitioners to support pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and complex needs on a 1:1 basis at a specialist primary school in Rugby, with an option to progress onto a contract with the right school. As a Youth Mental Health Support Worker, you will support pupils within the classroom and run activities outside the classroom. You will work alongside the class teacher to ensure appropriate support is in place for the students.
This full-time position offers comprehensive support and guidance, along with opportunities for additional training.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience supporting pupils in a school or alternative setting, especially those with SEND and complex needs. Candidates without previous experience will also be considered. Immediate start available.
