MRICS Valuation Auditor - Remote working - day rate or fee per job agreement (PT or FT).
Independent Chartered Surveying requires an experienced valuer or seasoned auditor to audit / quality assure their outgoing reports.
The role will be remote working with no site visits required. Their workload is a mix of residential (70%), commercial, development, HMOs etc however if you have residential only experience please still do apply.
My client is open to having discussions with those wanting a day rate or another specific agreement
