This role sits at the centre of our commercial and sales operation, supporting three channel leaders and their estimator teams.

This role is ideal for a construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying or project management graduate looking to build a career in Commercial Management, Pre-Construction, Estimating, Business Development in Engineering, or Operations Management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Tendering & Pre-Construction Support
• Support PQQ submissions and tender documentation
• Download, organise and structure tender documents
• Coordinate tender return timelines across channels
• Maintain and improve standard response documentation
• Assist in reviewing and proofing submissions
• Maintain tender data and performance records
• Support bid review and progress tracking
2. Commercial & Sales Operations
• Generate sales dashboards and pipeline reports
• Maintain and cleanse CRM/data systems
• Track live enquiries and ensure progression
• Assist with low-value sales progression
• Support annual servicing contracts and renewals
• Assist with quotation creation and template standardisation
• Support credit checks and new account verification
3. Data & Performance Analysis
• Maintain and develop sales performance data files
• Analyse pipeline conversion trends
• Identify delays or stalled opportunities
• Support channel leads with performance insights
• Assist in future CRM system development and transition
4. Client & Marketing Coordination
• Coordinate client meetings, launch meetings and site visits
• Assist with event organisation
• Support post-event lead tracking and follow-up
• Prepare documentation packs for client presentations
• Take structured notes in launch meetings
5. Project & Launch Coordination
• Coordinate launch meeting diaries
• Support preparation of launch documentation
• Maintain knowledge base libraries
• Ensure folder structure and document control is maintained

Candidate Profile
Essential
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or similar
• Strong organisational skills
• High attention to detail
• Commercial awareness or interest
• Strong Excel and data analysis capability
• Professional communication skills
Desirable
• Understanding of tendering processes
• Placement year in construction/engineering
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Interest in infrastructure or utilities sector
