SHEQ Advisor£38,000 - £42,000Company vehicle, fuel card, 31 days holiday, discounted gym membership, enhanced pension, private healthcare, employee wellbeing support and career coachingDaily travel around Aberdeenshire & AngusWHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ONDeliver SHEQ inspections and audits across operational activities, ensuring compliance with company standards, CDM 2015 and NRSWA requirementsMonitor contractor performance and competence against SHEQ standardsProvide practical SHEQ advice and on-site support to operational teams in high-risk environmentsLead and support incident investigations, identifying root causes and corrective actionsBuild strong relationships with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholdersPromote a positive safety culture through coaching, toolbox talks, inductions and trainingSupport the development and continuous improvement of SHEQ policies, procedures and performance initiativesWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLEExperience in a SHEQ, Health & Safety or Compliance role within telecoms, utilities, construction or infrastructureKnowledge of CDM Regulations 2015, NRSWA & NEBOSH qualificationsExperience conducting health & safety audits, inspections and investigationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillFull UK driving licence requiredSound like the kind of place you want to work?
