Alchemy has partnered with an established London based gallery who are looking to bring on an Operations Coordinator to their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate artwork and display requirements for appointments, exhibitions, and gallery presentations.
* Manage stock movements, inventory records, and artwork condition checks.
* Oversee logistics for UK and international shipments, installations, deliveries, and collections.
* Liaise with suppliers, artists' studios, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
* Track operational issues and ensure processes are followed accurately.
* Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and wider department.
* Research new suppliers and contribute to process improvements and operations.
* Collaboration across departments.
Skills Required:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics or operations within a gallery, auction house, museum, or similar environment.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Experience managing inventory and records.
* Proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
