We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team in providing exceptional care in our assisted living and memory care facilities. Duties
* Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the facility, ensuring high standards of care and service delivery.
* Supervise and support staff in their roles, providing guidance and training as needed.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to manage medication administration and monitor residents' health conditions.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to assisted living, memory care, and long-term care.
* Manage budgets effectively while maintaining quality services within the facility.
* Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff to create a supportive community atmosphere.
* Address any concerns or issues that arise promptly and professionally.
Requirements
* Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home settings is essential.
* Background working with individuals who have developmental disabilities or dementia is highly desirable.
* Strong leadership skills with experience in management or supervising roles.
* Knowledge of operations management within senior care environments.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and resource allocation.
* Familiarity with care plans and medication administration protocols.
* A compassionate approach to working with seniors, particularly those requiring memory care or Alzheimer's support.
* Experience in home & community care or group home settings is a plus.
