Store Manager – Pontefract

Delivering an outstanding customer proposition. This isn’t your average retail role. It’s much more than an average Store Manager job. Of course, you’ll manage the Branch, but you’ll also be serving customers, checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse and stocking shelves. Day-to-day responsibilities
* Delivering great service by ensuring your team provides a great customer experience and delivering sales through service.
* Mucking in: helping the team get the job done, including checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch, and putting orders together.
* Inspiring: encouraging a positive mindset, building a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
* Asking questions and building relationships: ensuring your team gets the development they need, supporting future business growth and succession, and ensuring customers leave the branch with everything they need.
* Leading: from the front, coaching, motivating and engaging your team to create a great place to work where engagement is key.
* Building a fun working environment while maintaining great product availability and high branch standards.
* Hard work and passion: dedicated to leading a team to deliver sales through superb customer service and amazing results.
