As part of the upcoming festive season, we are looking to recruit a Christmas Tree Assistant to provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting with the sale and preparation of Christmas trees and maintaining the appearance of the display area. This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions and a positive attitude during the busy festive period.
The role involves the following key responsibilities
· Customer service: Greeting customers, answer questions about different types of trees (e.g. fir, spruce) and assist them with selecting the perfect tree.
· Sales & Operations: Help customers with purchases, operate the till and handle cash and card payments
· Tree preparation: Prepare trees for customers by netting them and assisting them to their vehicles.
· Display maintenance: Unload tree deliveries, organise and replenish stock and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the sales area.
· Physical labour: Regularly move, carry and stand-up trees for display and transport.

· Outdoor work: Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in all types of weather conditions.
Please note this is currently a seasonal role working 4/5 days a week including weekends.

Pay: £12.21-£12.40 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 35 per week
