Main duties: To provide excellent customer service and administrative support The role: - Act as the first point of contact for customers’ enquiries and provide excellent customer support - Accurately process orders and maintain accurate customer information in the system - Liaise with supply chain and warehouse teams to update stock levels and ensure sufficient product availability to meet demand - Work closely with freight forwarders and shipping companies to ensure smooth delivery - Manage quotations and sales invoices and liaise with finance team accordingly - Provide after-sales support including; troubleshooting, enquiries on warranties and servicing requests The candidate: - Fluent in French (written and verbally) - Essential - Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role - Proactive, confident and dynamic personality - Excellent communication and organisational skills - IT literate Salary: Up to £30,000 French Selection, leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business (industries and services).
