About The Role
Reporting to the Parts Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department. You’ll allocate workloads, manage priorities across multiple customer accounts and ensure targets are met efficiently - all whilst maintaining a proactive and adaptable approach to daily challenges.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Oversee and allocate daily workloads across the parts team
* Review vehicle images and inspection data to identify required parts
* Manage multiple customer accounts and catalogues (E-CAT systems)
* Support the Parts Manager with projects, new system developments and onboarding new accounts
* Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge and best practice
* Track and report on parts ETA, updating Account Managers weekly
* Escalate and source alternatives for back-ordered parts
* Support peak workloads by allocating appropriate resources
* Collaborate with mechanical technicians to identify correct parts and repairs
What We’re Looking For
* Experienced in parts operations with strong multi-contract E-CAT and parts identification skills
* Confident in managing day-to-day targets and adapting to changing priorities
* A proactive team player who can lead, mentor, and motivate others
* Technically knowledgeable about vehicle parts and repair requirements
* Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills
