Our client, a respected and expanding law firm based in Tonbridge, Kent, is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor with 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their busy property team. Position : Residential Property Solicitor Location : Sevenoaks, Kent Experience Required : 2 years PQE Salary: c.£50k Benefits About the Role: As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will handle a diverse range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. Your responsibilities will include: Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties Transfers of equity Re-mortgages and new build transactions Advising on shared ownership and Help to Buy schemes Drafting contracts and managing the exchange and completion process You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, working with a supportive team and providing top-quality legal services to clients.
