The Role As a Nursery Practitioner or Nursery Assistant, you will: Support the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment. Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times. Requirements Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting is desirable. Relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or Level 3) is advantageous but not essential for some positions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, caring, and proactive approach.
