Overview
We are looking to recruit a temp-to-perm Production Operative to join a manufacturing company in Dover. This factory are looking for someone to join a well established team and support in the production process.
This is a rotating shift pattern - 4 on/4 off with day and night shifts, so applicants must be willing to work both days and nights.
Responsibilities
* Loading and unloading materials
* Quality control
* Packing and counting products
* General manual handling and labouring around the factory / warehouse
* You must be happy to carry out lots of manual handling and must be physically fit
* You'll be on your feet all shift and moving materials around the warehouse constantly
Experience / Qualifications
* You could be from a production, factory, labouring, warehouse or packing background but any experience will be considered
* Full time hours and temp to perm opportunities for the right candidate
* Starting pay is £28k p/a plus overtime available and uplifts once trained
