Strategic Business Development – Sector Specialist (You Choose the Focus)

Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 base + commission + bonus (depending on experience)

We’re looking for a commercially-savvy strategic thinker and relationship builder to help us grow in new sectors. You’ll be a sector lead, door-opener, and trusted guide, helping organisations discover what’s possible with the right technology and the right team behind them.
Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or your own network to find high-potential prospects and understand where our services can deliver real impact.
Craft thoughtful, personalised outreach – smart messaging, short videos, fresh angles. Collaborate with our commercial and delivery teams to develop tailored go-to-market plans, account strategies, and winning proposals.
Support Events & Engagements
Bring the right people to the table – whether it’s a private roundtable, an invite-only dinner, or a casual coffee. Help move conversations forward.
Experience in business development, pre-sales, or strategic partnerships – ideally in tech, software, or consultancy
A strong grasp of at least one industry sector – Energy, E-commerce, Retail, Sustainability, Travel, Public Sector, etc.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and prospecting platforms
Bonus points if you’ve used video outreach, ABM tactics, or creative campaign strategies
35–50K base + commission + bonuses
