Senior HR Director – EMEA
Reporting to: Global Chief People Officer
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Senior HR Director – EMEA to lead the People strategy across a large, complex, and matrixed international organisation. This is a pivotal executive role with accountability for a workforce across multiple jurisdictions.
We are seeking a commercially astute, strategically minded HR leader with deep regional expertise, who has experience of managing a workforce of 8,000+ employees across multiple jurisdictions, and a proven track record of delivering transformational people strategies at scale within global professional services or similarly complex environments.
The Role
As Senior HR Director for EMEA, you will lead the delivery of the regional people plan in alignment with the global strategy. Partnering closely with global centres of expertise and senior leadership teams across all disciplines, you will ensure the people agenda is embedded at the heart of business performance.
You will play a critical role in shaping culture, strengthening leadership capability, and ensuring sustainable succession across the region and the wider global firm.
The Candidate
Only candidates with relevant large-scale, regional HR leadership experience will be considered.
You will bring:
Demonstrable experience leading HR for organisations of 8,000+ employees across multiple countries.
A strong background delivering transformative and harmonisation strategies within complex, matrixed global or regional professional services (or similar) organisations.
A blend of strategic vision and operational excellence, with the ability to lead through ambiguity and change.
Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the gravitas to influence senior executives and engage effectively at all organisational levels.
Deep understanding of diverse cultures and employment legislation across EMEA.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex organisational issues.
Extensive experience across the full employee lifecycle and employee experience agenda.
