Procurement Manager - Buckinghamshire Location: Buckinghamshire (Multi-site responsibility) Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience I'm currently recruiting for a Procurement Manager on behalf of a well-established stockist distributor based in Buckinghamshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to lead and develop the procurement function across the group. Key Responsibilities: Oversee direct and indirect spend across multiple sites. Develop and implement robust procurement processes and procedures. Ensure contract compliance and supplier performance standards are consistently met. Lead and develop a small procurement team, mentoring Buyers and supporting their professional growth. Create and maintain procurement documentation and project KPI templates. Ensure on-time delivery of materials and parts for both new and existing products in collaboration with key departments. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience managing both direct and indirect procurement. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and under pressure in a structured, controlled manner. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across departments. A proactive approach to continuous improvement within the procurement function.
