What You’ll Be Doing
1. Be the first point of contact for new members, delivering a best-in-class onboarding experience
2. Guide new customers through welcome calls, account activation, and tailored training
3. Support members in achieving a fast return on their investment with our platform
4. Manage daily onboarding tickets through Zendesk, ensuring timely resolution
