Looking for a role where accuracy, organisation and greatcustomer service really matter? Do you enjoy working with data, juggling priorities and supporting colleagues across a busy operational team?

You’ll be joining the Cards, Benefits & Expenses team within Transformative Business Services, supporting service delivery for our client MPS. This is a fast‑paced administrative role where attention to detail is essential, and where you’ll play a key part in making sure payroll‑related benefits, expenses and schemes are processed accurately, on time and in line with policy and legislation.

This is a permanent, full‑time role, based from our Newcastle office, with an expectation of working on site two days per week.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Processing and administering Cards, Benefits & Expenses activity in line with agreed service levels and timescales.
2. Managing and prioritising your own workload across an allocated area of the team.
3. Calculating, checking and processing salary sacrifice schemes and allowances accurately.
4. Auditing expense claims to ensure compliance with MPS policy and legislative requirements.
5. Responding to queries from employees and managers via RFS and email, providing a positive and professional customer experience.
6. Supporting ad‑hoc activity, including issuing letters and assisting with project work involving high‑volume data analysis.

What you’ll bring:

7. Experience of processing payroll‑related information and working with payroll or HR systems in a high‑volume environment would be beneficial.
8. High attention to detail, with confidence working with large volumes of data.
9. Good Excel skills, including use of formulas, alongside strong overall computer literacy.
10. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
11. High levels of numeracy and written communication skills, including drafting clear and accurate correspondence.
