Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties
* Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems.
* Provide information about products and services, upselling where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
* Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
* Assist in the analysis of customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
* Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in both English and Spanish (bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply).
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
* Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
* Multilingual abilities are advantageous; proficiency in Spanish is particularly desirable.
* Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
