We are looking for a Façade Project Manager to join our Buildings team in Central London. You will be responsible for the overall accountability and day-today management for the delivery of the façade package, from PCSA and design to project completion and handover.
What you'll do:
1. Lead and manage the façade PCSA leading to façade contractor selection and appointment.
2. Design and site/production progress meetings, produce minute and track/conclude actions.
3. Be accountable for façade design and relevant programme
4. Collaborate with package quantity surveyor for package cost control.
5. Day-to-day liaison with design team and specialist contractor team for all design, production, and installation matters.
What you'll bring to the role:
6. Proficient and proven understanding of façade engineering, detail design, testing, production and installation, technical/material information.
7. Strong ability to deliver façade packages on time and on budget at all project stages.
8. Good project and site management skills.
9. Accustomed to factory visits (inc. abroad), quality/progress inspection, relevant reporting
10. Appropriate engineering/construction qualifications and competency
