Were partnering with a highly regarded, values-led travel business entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation. Theyre looking for a hands-on People Manager to help professionalise the people function while protecting a warm, people-first culture.
This is a visible, impactful role reporting directly to the CFO, supporting a c.55-person business through change, structure, and improved productivity.
Peolple Manager Responsibilities:
* Embed clear goals, accountability, and performance management
* Act as a trusted bridge between leadership and employees
* Lead ER matters, disciplinaries, and boundary setting
* Support manager coaching, development, and succession planning
* Introduce consistent processes while maintaining a positive culture
People Manager Role Requirements
1. CIPD Level 5 (essential)
2. Solid career working as a People Manager/Human Resources Manager
3. Strong UK employment law knowledge (US/Aus exposure a bonus)
4. Experienced in change within a growing, non-corporate environment
5. Confident, empathetic, and comfortable challenging when needed
