Title: Revenue Coordinator

Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 from home
Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a dedicated Revenue Coordinator to join the Finance Department of one of our leading, global law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. Reporting to the Revenue Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing billing and collection functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer lawyer billing and collection activities.
* Monitor unbilled fees and outstanding accounts receivable.
* Prepare and process high-quality invoices.
* Handle client billing requests and follow up on payments.
* Ensure timely and accurate billing.
* Collaborate with senior team members.
Qualifications:
* Previous billing experience required.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
* Proficiency in Word and intermediate Excel skills.
* Outstanding customer service demeanour.
