French Customer Care Advisor - 12 months FTC

Our customer-centric approach involves providing excellent service across multiple channels, including email, live chat, social media, and phone. We continuously adapt to customer preferences and aim for quick, effective responses, tracking performance in real-time and fostering ongoing development.

Our French Customer Care Advisors are integral to our frontline operations, requiring fluency in both English and French to communicate effectively across all channels. Support is provided by Language Team Leaders and the Language Operations Performance Manager.

The primary goal is to resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately, ensuring first contact resolution and maintaining high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

* Delivering excellent customer service to achieve first contact resolution within response time targets
* Meeting KPIs while ensuring service quality
* Adhering to confidentiality and data protection laws
* Managing customer interactions across various platforms
* Supporting team development and personal growth

Candidate Profile

* Strong computer and typing skills
* Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
* Effective team communication skills
* Target-driven with resilience under pressure
* Detail-oriented with analytical skills
* Multitasking ability and deadline management
