Our French Customer Care Advisors are integral to our frontline operations, requiring fluency in both English and French to communicate effectively across all channels. Support is provided by Language Team Leaders and the Language Operations Performance Manager.
The primary goal is to resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately, ensuring first contact resolution and maintaining high-quality service.
