Key Duties of the SENCo

• Overseeing SEND provision across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 as the SENCo
• Coordinating support for pupils with EHCPs as the SENCo
• Leading staff training and supporting classroom practice as the SENCo
• Working closely with parents and outside professionals as the SENCo
• Monitoring interventions and pupil outcomes as the SENCo
• Advising senior leaders on SEND strategy and development as the SENCo
