It's the perfect mix of commercial partnering and transformation. On one side, you'll be embedded with divisional teams — working with sales, marketing, and brand leaders to drive performance, challenge assumptions, and make sure investment decisions fuel top-line growth.
On the other, you'll be side-by-side with the FD and CFO on big-ticket projects: implementing forecasting tools, building a proper budget cadence, improving planning processes, and supporting M&A activity. This is finance shaping how the business runs, not just reporting on it.
It's a people-led environment with plenty of challenge, but also the flexibility to manage your own time. You'll be trusted to deliver, not tied to your desk.

What kind of background are we looking for?
We're looking for a qualified accountant who's already cut their teeth in a fast-paced, commercial environment. Someone who's sat with the business, influenced senior leaders, and got comfortable moving between the numbers and the bigger picture.
Think less "month-end and reporting" and more "finance at the table, influencing decisions." You'll be working closely with divisional teams, marketing, and sales leaders on one side, and directly with the FD and CFO on projects that will shape the future of the business — new forecasting tools, sharper planning, even M&A.
