We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Advisor to generate sales appointments by calling warm sales leads. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to book appointments.
A successful telemarketer/ Telesales executive must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.
This is a part time role, hours to be confirmed - approximately 18 hours a week between Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30 (flexibility for the right candidate)
Responsibilities
* Calling warm sales leads
* Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
* Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
* Persuade the customer to book an appointment
* Go the “extra mile” to meet targets and facilitate future sales
* Keep records of calls and record useful information
Requirements and skills
* Proven experience as telemarketer /telesales executive or similar sales/customer service role in a B2B environment
* Proven track record of successfully meeting targets preferably over the phone
* Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Skilled in negotiation
* Persistent and results-oriented
* Patient and able to handle customer rejection
