* Experience with device, application, and data management tools (Intune, Windows 10 Management).
* Knowledge of MS security tooling and Entra ID.
* Familiarity with networking technologies (WAN, LAN, WiFi).
* Skills in process automation and scripting (PowerShell, PowerApps, GraphAPI, Python).
* Experience with Jira and Confluence.
* Customer-focused with good stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to self-start and manage personal workload.
* Working knowledge of Agile Development Methodology.
