We’re looking for a dynamic Roof Truss & Posi-Joist Designer with great attention to detail to join our expanding team. You’ll be integral to our design and estimating function - translating architectural drawings into precision-engineered solutions that are both buildable and commercially viable.
What You’ll be Doing:
1. Produce accurate roof truss and posi-joist designs using specialist MiTek software.
2. Interpret and analyse architectural and structural drawings
3. Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to optimise designs for production
4. Prepare clear and professional layout drawings, structural calculations, and supporting documentation
5. Engage with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements and manage changes efficiently
6. Maintain high standards of design quality, compliance, and buildability

What You’ll Bring:
We’re looking for someone who knows their way around Roof Truss and Posi-Joist design, with practical experience and a good grasp of design software like MiTek or Wolf. If you’ve got an eye for detail, love solving problems, and can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat, you’ll fit right in.
