A leading creative agency is seeking an Account Manager to coordinate and deliver standout projects for major global brands. This position is hands-on, client-facing, and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.
You’ll collaborate closely with designers, content teams, and account leads to keep projects on track, maintain high quality standards, and build strong client relationships.
Role: Account Manager
Salary: Up to £35,000
Location: Leicester – Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
What you’ll be responsible for:
* Managing creative projects from initial brief through to final delivery
* Producing clear project plans, schedules, and timelines
* Overseeing budgets and allocating resources across multiple workstreams
* Reviewing creative outputs to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients and keeping them updated throughout
* Maintaining documentation, SoWs, and financial tracking
* Working with teams across the agency to resolve issues and optimise processes
What you’ll bring:
* At least 3 years of project management experience, ideally in a creative or agency setting
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confidence handling several projects at once and working to tight deadlines
* Strong familiarity with project management tools and Microsoft Office
* Understanding of creative production workflows; Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is beneficial
* A proactive, adaptable approach and a strong commitment to client satisfaction
