Operations Coordinator
Location: Binfield, Berkshire
Hours: Full-time
About the Role
The Operations Coordinator will support the day-to-day running of all departments within Fourfold Services, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the business. This role involves managing a range of communications with customers, as well as supporting managers and engineers with documentation, scheduling, and coordination of works. Based at our office in Binfield, the standard working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm.
This role is ideally suited to someone who is motivated, proactive, and eager to develop their skills, with a genuine interest in growing and progressing within the company.
Day to day tasks include the following:
* Coordinate day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth and efficient running
* Act as the main point of contact for internal staff, clients, and suppliers
* Manage scheduling, calendars, and appointments for the team of engineers
* Maintain accurate records and documents on CAFM systems
* Assist with project coordination and tracking of ongoing works
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries in a professional manner
* Liaise with contractors, engineers, and external subcontractors
* Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety procedures
* Support senior management with administrative and operational tasks
Requirements
* Previous experience in an operations, property management, office coordination, or administrative role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT systems
* Experience with Xero or similar accounting software is desirable
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Good phone etiquette and professional communication skills
* Knowledge of property maintenance or construction industry (desirable but not essential)
