The University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) is a globally influential institute within the University of Cambridge working on a mission to develop leadership and solutions towards a sustainable economy. More information can be found at .

This role forms part of CISL's Digital Learning Team which has grown rapidly in response to increasing global demand for high quality, accessible and engaging online sustainability education. Our education programmes aim to equip participants with the skills, confidence, network and agency they need to deliver positive change for their organisations and beyond.

The role

You will provide administrative support to our rapidly expanding suite of online courses, developed with subject matter experts and a global cohort of business professionals to create engaging online courses for the next generation of sustainability leaders.

Required skills and experience:

1. Educated to at least A Level/equivalent standard or equivalent level of practical experience.
2. Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
3. Experience of event management and / or logistics; coordination, organisation and booking.
4. Experience of supporting the financial aspects of projects and financial procedures.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Excellent organisational skills, with a high attention to detail.
7. It is desirable to have familiarity with project management and editorial software.

This post is permanent, full-time on a hybrid working basis with at least 2 days in our award-winning Cambridge office.
