At Creams Cafe, we’re on a mission to create unforgettable dessert experiences — both in our stores and digitally. As the UK’s leading dessert restaurant brand, we’re looking for an experienced CRM Manager to take ownership of our customer engagement and retention strategy.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic yet hands-on CRM specialist who thrives in fast-paced consumer brands and loves using customer data to drive loyalty, frequency, and revenue growth.
The Role
You’ll own and deliver the end-to-end CRM strategy across email, SMS, push notifications, loyalty and lifecycle communications. Working closely with our Marketing team, you’ll act as the CRM subject matter expert and play a key role in shaping customer retention and engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Developing and executing the CRM and retention strategy
* Managing multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push and loyalty
* Building and optimising automated customer journeys
* Driving segmentation and personalised communications
* Analysing campaign performance and customer behaviour
* Delivering actionable insights and commercial recommendations
* Managing CRM reporting and revenue attribution
* Ensuring GDPR compliance and database best practice
* Collaborating with Brand, Operations and external platform partners
About You
* 7+ years’ experience in CRM, retention or loyalty marketing
* Proven experience owning CRM strategy end-to-end
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and automation workflows
* Comfortable working autonomously
* Experience within hospitality, retail, QSR or multi-site brands is highly desirable
* Commercially minded with a passion for customer engagement
