Are you ready to be part of a diverse team that collaborates to deliver outstanding customer experiences? Tesco Property Maintenance is looking for hardworking and efficient Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team. Our stores and offices rely on our support teams to function smoothly.

You will be responsible for
As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include a wide range of tasks. To succeed, you should:
* Confidently interact with external contractors: Coordinate repairs seamlessly.
* Work collaboratively with the team: Be a great colleague who understands the importance of quality service.
* Sustain high energy levels: Juggle tasks efficiently.
* Assist the management team: Keep stores operating smoothly by maintaining equipment and facilities.
* Minimize customer disruption: Coordinate repairs with minimal impact on customers.
Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring all Tesco sites are safe and functional environments for customers and colleagues.
* Following the planned work schedule to achieve first-time fix, improving efficiency.
* Working closely with team members, sharing best practices.
* General store and property maintenance.
* Using mobile devices to update work progress.
* Representing Tesco’s core values and maintaining a positive attitude.
* Attending meetings and providing feedback.
* Supporting a diverse and inclusive culture.
Requirements
We seek enthusiastic individuals with experience in maintenance, engineering, or construction. Candidates should be digitally confident, using tablets for work schedules and emails.
* ONC or equivalent qualification
* Full driving license
* Health & Safety awareness
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Office 365 knowledge
* Completed relevant technical training modules
