Fantastic career opportunity at our Your Move Branch in Nuneaton as we are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis. This branch is part of National Home Move who are a netw ork of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England. As a negotiator you will: Register Customers and carry out property matches for Lettings properties. Generate and conduct property viewings. Negotiate offers between all parties. Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance) Display excellent customer service at all times. Industry experience is ideal for this post, however, as full training will be given we will consider relevant transferrable skills in customer service, Sales and targeted environments. Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 9-5.30pm In return we offer: On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £24,000 per annum 6 months guaranteed commission pay. 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota.
