Connect Appointments are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to join our client's team in Magna Park, Lutterworth! Our client's Digital Business Unit transforms physical records into accessible digital formats, streamlining business operations, providing comprehensive digital information management solutions, including scanning, indexing, and secure storage. As a Team Leader for the day shift, you'll play a crucial role in driving the success of our Scanning Centre. You'll partner with the Shift Supervisor to plan, administer, monitor, and optimise operational performance, ensuring seamless daily operations in Scanning, Indexing, Records Management, and Storage. Schedule: 6am - 2pm, Monday to Friday Salary: £14.06 per hour Working as a Team Leader: Overseeing the daily operations of the scanning site, including digitisation, receiving, and secure storage, in line with our client's policies and vision Provide ongoing training, encouragement, and feedback to your team, as well as planning work rotas, and appraising results to ensure consistent high performance Implement and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures while maintaining the high standards of health & safety and security Acting upon client feedback and assisting with improving operational processes What we need from you: Experience within a similar role, particularly within the information management industry Strong leadership skills Experience within a supervisory capacity Excellent communication skills Important: Due to the nature of this work, all candidates must successfully complete the full background check process.
