Managing school switch board. Deal with school students, teachers, visitors and external contractors. Manage school phone lines. Manage school inbox. General reprographics. Help draft and send out school letters. Assisting with attendance and actively making calls to parents. Assisting with inputting data. What you'll need to succeed Experience working on a busy reception. Experience working in an administration environment. Good telephone manners and strong communication skills. Experience using Microsoft packages and strong IT skills. Previous school experience is desired. Have good problem-solving skills. Be able to work in a team and independently. This job is a full-time position, Monday to Friday and fixed hours of 08:00 to 16:00. An Enhanced DBS will be required for this position.
