Fire Systems Installation & Commissioning Engineer - Midlands - South Based with travel
Marlowe Fire & Security is the fastest growing fire & security business in the UK. We handle everything from initial design, supply, and installation to ongoing maintenance and monitoring, helping to prevent, detect, and monitor fire and security risks for our customers nationwide. We are seeking a new Fire Systems Project Engineer who is Midlands-South based and willing to travel frequently.
Salary & Benefits:
* Basic salary up to £36,000 per annum
* Overtime and travel time approximately £10,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage small and large fire systems projects, including installation, commissioning, and project management across the Marlowe portfolio
* Liaise with clients to ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining profitability, safety, and quality standards
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget and on programme
* Coordinate with purchasing, plan labor and materials, and oversee engineering documentation and commissioning
* Provide technical expertise and attend site meetings as needed
* Manage engineers and subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance
* Carry out installation and commissioning when required
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in fire systems industry
* Experience managing engineering projects across multiple sites
* Strong technical knowledge of major fire systems (Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, etc.)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
