Description
* Provide expert legal advice on employment law matters to clients.
* Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts and related documents.
* Represent clients in employment tribunals and other legal proceedings.
* Advise on disciplinary and grievance procedures.
* Support clients with redundancy and restructuring processes.
* Stay updated on changes in employment law and regulations.

A successful Employment Solicitor should have:
