Solution Consultant

Level: Mid-Senior
You will make an impact in the following way:
* You drive Belden pipeline growth and success rate through developing and delivering outcome-based solutions that utilize the capabilities of all Belden brands to customers managed by solutions sales colleagues
* Construct value impact around business outcomes, building credibility and sponsorship by using account’s terminology and KPIs
* Collaborate with Customer Innovation Center support team in development/execution of POCs, FATs, and network audits
* Create and support technology campaigns such as webinars, roadshows, trade fairs
* Provide market insight to sales, product management and R&D to support definition of customer and vertical market propositions
What you will bring:
* Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering with a focus on IT, networking, or automation
* Work experience – Preferably at least 5 years of experience in solution creation in an industrial networking environment
* Proven track record – Within a sales and/or service role in process manufacturing
* Technical know-how – Proven experience with passive components such as cables, connectors, and related hardware essential for IT/OT systems, including understanding of integration and application requirements for industrial environments
* Communication skills – Ability to translate complex technical information into comprehensible conversation with a non-technical audience
* Language proficiency – Fluency in English (written and spoken)
