Day-to-day of the role:
* Develop and implement tailored strategies based on the analysis of triggers and consequences of behaviours, particularly for autistic children.
* Work closely with teaching staff to support learning, as well as social and emotional needs.
* Engage and motivate pupils by building trust and confidence, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to drive continuous improvement in learning quality.
* Utilise excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children from diverse backgrounds and other staff members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Behaviour Analyst or in a similar role, ideally within a special educational needs (SEN) setting.<...
