This position is a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our pupils during lunchtime, providing them with a positive and enjoyable dining experience within the Llanelli and Burry port areas About the role As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will oversee and support our students during their lunch break, both in the dining area and on the playground. Your responsibilities will include ensuring a calm and respectful lunchtime atmosphere, assisting with lunch service, and engaging the children in various recreational activities. Key responsibilities As Lunchtime Supervisor you will be responsible for: Supervise and monitor students during lunchtime, ensuring their safety and adherence to school rules. Assist with lunch service, ensuring that the dining area remains clean and orderly. Organize and engage students in enjoyable recreational activities during their break. Foster positive behavior and encourage a respectful and friendly lunchtime environment. Communicate any concerns or issues to relevant staff members promptly.
