Xpert Resourcing have a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking and very supportive business with a real focus on team work and development.
**Own transport is essential due to the office location**
The ideal candidate will have around 6 months + basic accounts experience and be studying their AAT (or about to) and have previously used Sage or similar accounts software. Study support is also provided.
3 days in the office and 2 days from home (Monday to Friday).
Duties will include:
* Assume responsibility for the Purchase and Sales Ledger.
* Matching, batching and coding of invoices.
* Carry out payment runs, expense claims, petty cash and credit card purchases.
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries when necessary.
* Assist with credit control duties during busy times.
* VAT invoices.
* Producing Aged debt reports.
Experience / skills required:
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong Excel skills (Intermediate minimum)
* Good working knowledge of Sage
* Team player
Hours of work:
* Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm
