Responsibilities: We will need you to support delivery of the Framework Implementation workstream within the Financial Crime Enhancement Programme for our Life business. We will need you to gather and analyse requirements, design solutions, and support implementation activities. We will need you to analyse current frameworks and identify gaps against regulatory requirements and best practice. We will need you to produce high-quality gap analysis outputs, business requirements documents, and process maps. We will need you to support solution design and implementation planning for framework enhancements. We will need you to facilitate workshops with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure alignment across first and second lines of defence. We will need you to collaborate with our Financial Crime, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to embed frameworks into business-as-usual processes. We will need you to provide input into programme governance packs and steering committee updates. We will need you to assist with planning and execution for framework-related changes. We will need you to maintain RAID for business analysis-related risks and issues. We will need you to support other Financial Crime Enhancement Programme workstreams as required to meet programme priorities.
