Business Analyst & Process Owner

Our Role
As the process owner for the onboarding, access requests and user enablement within a major A&D client, you will be responsible for taking an established process to the next level through data analytics, process improvement, and implementation of auto-reporting tools. You will serve as a process owner, managing stakeholder relationships and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
In this position you will play a key role in:
* Proactively managing the process alongside the Service Now team.
* Managing escalations regarding onboarding, access requests and user enablement.
* Analysing process data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
* Building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
* Strong communication skills through both written and verbal channels, delivering high-quality documentation and reports.
* Working autonomously to deliver results without constant supervision, demonstrating initiative and ownership.
Your Profile
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Process Owner, Communications Consultant or within a process improvement role.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Excellent stakeholder management capabilities across various organizational levels.
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
* Experience in process optimisation and implementing efficiency improvements.
* SC clearance or eligibility to obtain SC clearance (must be a sole UK national).
* Willingness to travel to Barrow-in-Furness as required by client needs.
