As an Application Support Analyst, you will sit within the Product function of the Technology Team, working at the intersection of systems, people, and processes. You will provide advanced application support beyond the Helpdesk, investigate root causes of issues, and work closely with developers and third-party suppliers to implement permanent fixes. You will also support the ongoing development of case management systems, contribute to template design and maintenance, and assist with the delivery of strategic, firm-wide projects. Collaboration will be central to your role, working with technical teams, suppliers, and the wider business to ensure systems are intuitive, reliable, and fully adopted.
