A leading UK insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Account Executive / Account Director to join its established and successful North West team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven commercial insurance professional to develop and grow a portfolio of clients within a supportive, high-performing environment.
The Role
* You will be responsible for generating new business, managing and developing a book of commercial clients, and delivering high-quality, compliant advice across a range of insurance products.
* Prospecting and winning new commercial clients
* Attending client meetings and networking events
* Identifying client needs and negotiating with insurers
* Presenting recommendations and closing sales
* Cross-selling and securing referrals
* Managing your portfolio against targets
* Ensuring full FCA compliance and exceptional customer service
About You
* Experience as an Account Executive or Client Director within an insurance brokerage
* Strong new business and relationship management skills
* Broad commercial insurance knowledge
* Sound understanding of FCA regulation and compliance
* Confident IT skills (Acturis desirable)
* Highly organised, accurate and client-focused
* Cert CII qualifications advantageous
