Regional Sales Manager
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum, excellent bonus and benefits
Role Overview: Agri-Lloyd is seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in the North of the UK to drive the territory's short, medium, and long-term development. The key objective is to achieve or exceed the region’s sales plan.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Ensuring the overall sales plan for the region
2. Managing Sales Agents
3. Preparing annual sales plans
4. Becoming proficient with the company CRM system and keeping it up to date
5. Attending relevant trade shows and farmer meetings
6. Daily reporting
About You:
1. At least 3 years of sales management experience
2. Understanding and passion for the agricultural industry
3. Good understanding of concept selling
4. Natural rapport builder at all levels
5. Ability to lead a team effectively
